He is survived by: his wife Carol Givens; his children, Bradley Givens (Amber), Jessica Givens, Tracy Korasick (Justin) and Chuck Eustis; his grandchildren, Allyssa, Ryan (Macy), Victoria, Isabella, Brody and Savannah; and his siblings, Bobby Givens, Mary Givens and Jimmie VanHooser. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
