He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Swartz and Edith Swartz. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his sons, Chris (Kathy) and Marcus (Jenn); and his sister Brenda. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
