He is survived by: his wife Gayle Walker; his sisters, Carrie Whitehead (late Gene) and Carolyn Boyd (Donnie); his stepchildren, Jeremiah Jagers (Carrie), Joshua Jagers (Vanessa) and Sarah McDaniel (Ricky); his daughter-in-law Robin Jagers; his grandchildren, Synthia (Quez), Jordan (Alex), Jebediah (Maddie), Hannah, Violet, Sarah (Cody), Jered (Destiny), John (Keonni), Chelsea, Chase (Cassandra), Logan (Ally), Jessie and Jenny; and his great grandchildren, Majesty of Ariana, MJ, Miracle, Harmony, Dakota, Camden, Eliana, Leilani, Isabella and Rylan. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Throughout his battle with Alzheimer disease, Lewis and his family faced each day together with courage, faith, and love. While Alzheimer may have taken his memories, it never diminished the strength of his spirit or the love he shared with those around him.
