She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Peppers and Oletta Sykes Peppers; and her siblings, Michael Anthony Peppers, Lisa Marie Peppers and Dora Elizabeth Peppers.

She is survived by : her husband Brian Byers; and her siblings, Larry Peppers (Laura), Mary Lois Milner of Winfield, KS and Vonnie Peppers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
