It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Crutcher Byrd Lay of Dover, Tennessee, who passed away on August 15, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Crutcher and Ronetta Dill Crutcher; and her former husband Ronnie Byrd. She is survived by: her husband Bryan Lay; her son Mitchell Byrd; her grandchildren, Makayleigh "Pepper" Byrd and Jonathan Byrd; and her sister Cheryl Blunk (Robert).
