He was predeceased by: his father John Wallace Farley; and his nephew Patrick Conrad. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Phyllis DeShane; his stepparents, Arthur Garhartt and Fran Farley; his close friend Dudley Hart; and his siblings, Dale Spisak (Tammie), Mary Lou Farley and Crystal Coyne (Michael).
