He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Ray and Marjorie Ann Settle Seay; and his grandparents, Gary, Fannie Ethel Goodin Settle, Leslie and Mary Barbee Seay.
He is survived by : his wife Denise Taylor Settle; his daughters, Laura Pruitt of Sherman, TX and Katherine Jones (Nick) of Paducah, KY; his siblings, Patrick Seay (Candice) of Dover, TN and Rhea Ann Nicholson (Larry) of Clarksville, TN; his grandsons, Beau Lambert and Wesley Pruitt; and his nieces and nephews, Leigh Ann Whitby, Marjorie Seay, Jonathan Nicholson and Matthew Seay.
