He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Roscoe and Juanita Rose Baker Parker. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jackson Parker; his children, Jamie Parker (Carla), Carrie Earhart (Todd) and Shelia Filson (Tim); and his grandchildren, Tad Earhart, Torey Young, Tabitha Jones, Cassie Robertson, Ryan Parker, Riley Filson, Parker Filson and Madden Filson. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
