She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Mayle and Beulah Moore Mayle; her significant other Richard Mark Carotenuto; and her siblings, Floyd Mayle, Maxine Eagle, Harry Mayle, Twila Cooper and Lela Albright.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Sypolt, Timothy Carotenuto, Candy Teter (David) and Cathy Teter (Donnie); and her grandchildren, Charles Lee, Timothy Sypolt, Matthew Teter, William Teter, Michael Teter and Joey Carotenuto. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
