He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cherry; his children, Anthony Cherry (Leann), Brodie Kennedy and Jessica Kennedy; his sister Murl Scalf; his grandchildren, Ashley, Trenton Cherry, James, Bailey Kennedy, Tea', Ethan Kennedy, Ellie and Zora Griffith; and his great grandchildren, Kade, Kollin Foss, Andrew, Mathew, Juniper Cherry, Carson and Guidan Kennedy.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anglin Funeral Home (402 Donelson Pkwy, Dover, TN 37058). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:30 PM at the Stewart County Memorial Gardens (1337 Spring St, Dover, TN 37058).
