He was predeceased by: his parents, Wardie Auther and Ruby Ward Beckham; his wife Shirley Beckham; his sons, Kenneth Beckham and Jerry Beckham; and his brother Thomas Beckham.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennifer Chapman of Cookeville, Nikki Beckham of Cookeville, JJ Beckham of Cookeville, Chase Beckham of Cookeville, Chesney Ayers (Blake), Danny Crews (Callie) and Matthew Exum; his great grandchildren, Brady Hughes (Allison), Carleigh Beckham, Whitleigh Chapman, Lily Beckham and Emma Beckham; his great great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Presley Hughes; and his adoptive daughter Vickey Crews (Dan).

Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeKalb Funeral Chapel (863 S Congress Blvd, Smithville, TN 37166). A masonic service was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at the DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
