He was predeceased by : his parents, Tommie W. Rowland and Kitty Deltrice Kirby Rowland; his wife Sandra Jean Randolph Rowland; his daughter Jamie Rowland Pylant; and his grandparents, Will D., Mary L. Rowland, Paul Lewis and Audie Mae Vaughn Kirby.

He is survived by : his pet Rocky; his daughter Vickie Rowland Merriman (Earl); his granddaughter Harley Merriman; his caregiver Kathy Seibers; and also Brian.
