He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kay Taylor Rice; his sons, Randy Rice (Charlene) of Nashville and Rusty Rice (Jessica) of Dyer; his grandchildren, Jennifer Rice (Brandon) of Oregon, MO, Heather Walker (Clay) of Dyersburg, Anna Claire Rice of Dyer and John Carter Phillips (Lily) of Dyer; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Schaeffer of Oregon, MO, Ella Schaeffer of Oregon, MO and Isaac Walker of Dyersburg.
