She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Gushrowski and Ella Mae Gushrowski (Crittendon). She is survived by: her children, Matthew Bedwell (Keri), Cheryl Hurt (Timothy) and Michele Wojtylko (Mark); her brothers, Charles Gushrowski and Darryl Gushrowski; her husband Thomas Merle Lutz; and her brother Gerald "Gary" Gushrowski. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
