She is survived by: her husband Ronald Perkins; her children, Cody Perkins (Natalie) and Colleen Horner (Andrew); her grandchildren, Todd, Anne Perkins, James and Reagan Horner; and her siblings, Rickie Young of Dresden, TN and Pam Smith of Osceola, AR..
