We are sad to announce that, on September 16, 2025, at the age of 80, Delbert Rainey (Dresden, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Herbert Rainey and Roberta Cole; and his brothers, Dorris Rainey and Dwight Rainey. He is survived by: his wife Doris Rainey; his children, Dustin Rainey (LeeAnn) and Dawn Walker (Randal); his grandchildren, Morgan Orman (Hunter), Alivia Rainey, Megan Walker and Dax Rainey; and his sister Betty Wray King. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Liberty Church of Christ at 349 Hopper Road, Gleason, TN, 38229.
