With sadness, we share the passing of Donna Vyonne Burton of Dresden, Tennessee. Donna, born on January 27, 1954 in Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on September 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Donna for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her mother Nora Cooper; and her sisters, Linda Wilson and Diane. She is survived by: her children, Robert Burton (Tabitha Rinks), Priscilla Thomas (David), Shelia Baker and Joann Burton; her nephews, David and Jerry Johnson; and her niece Celinda Keech. She is also survived by grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bowlin Funeral Home (279 W Main St, Dresden, TN 38225).
In lieu of flowers and to honor Donna's passion for animals, donations can be made to the ASPCA, the Humane Society, or a local animal shelter.
