Though Doris may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Hendrix; her parents, Felix McGehee and Lucille Thompson; her son Curtis Bennett; and her sister Betty Jordan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Boyd (Jeff) and Diane Garner (late Tim); and her brother Wendell McGehee. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
