She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie "Net" Bell and Harbard "Harvey" Oscar Prince; her son Oscar "Gene" Eugene; her husband Bud of Latham; and her children-in-law, Mike Freeman and Melinda Nichols Smith. She is also survived by her four children, nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
