With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Kemp Foland of Dresden, Tennessee, who passed away on March 17, 2023 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Kemp Foland to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her father George Junius; her husbands, Jewell Kemp and Earl Foland; her siblings, Junius White, Marguerite Radford and Sue Billingsby; and her son Tim Kemp.

She is survived by : her daughters, Jo Robbin Buckley, Camille Kemp and Christie Baker (Richard); her grandchildren, Robert Buckley, Heather Ellis, Maurie McCain, Margo Litzer and Mary Jewels Wilkinson; and her great grandchildren, Mason McCain, Walker McCain, Maci Jo Buckley, Blakeslee Litzer, Beckett Litzer, Buckley Ellis, Kennedy Ellis and Israel Wilkinson.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Dresden First United Methodist Church Building Fund, 105 Church St., Dresden, TN 38225.
