It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Dean of Dresden, Tennessee, born in Enid, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Collins and Ada Collins (Gordon); her grandson Keith Dean; her great grandchild Kaylynn Taylor; and her great great grandchild Jayden Beecham (James Hershel Dean).
She is survived by : her children, Ann Thomas of Lexington, Doris Dean of Martin, Curtis Dean of Dresden, Norman Dean of Dresden, Norbert Thomas of Martin and James Dean of Gadsden, TN; and her brother Perry Collins of Utah. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren.
