She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl and Mary Madglene Armstrong Staggs; her son Michael Shannon Suratt; her granddaughter Vanessa Suratt; and her siblings, Sam Staggs and Cathy Dunevant.
She is survived by: her sister Carol Parker (Terry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
