He is survived by: his children, Thomas Palmer Jr., Vickie Wiley and Sandra McAlister (Raymond); and his siblings, Patricia Stout (Roger) and Robert Palmer (Bonnette). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
