He is survived by: his daughters, Gena Rae Harris (Terry Harris) and Elizabeth Lewis Anderson (Doug Anderson); his wife Wanda Garner Powell of Dresden; and his granddaughters, Anna Elizabeth Smith (Spencer) of Memphis, Katie Marie Stafford of Dresden and Tessa Rae Anderson of Martin. He is also survived by in-laws and nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church, Dresden.
