She was predeceased by: her parents, Wanda Joy Mclntosh and George Weyman McIntosh; her stepmother Marilyn Mae Mclntosh; and her brothers, Stanley Allen McIntosh and Kevin Lee McIntosh.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Clifford Durham; her siblings, Larry Newsom (Dana) of Elgin, Oklahoma and Joan Waters of Pittsburg, Kansas.; her children, Kristie Durham (Christoph Böhme) of Sandy, Utah, Ronnie Breckenridge (Debbie) of Brighton, Tennessee and Trudy Griffin (Jason) of Drummonds, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Shawn Douglas Breckenridge, Rebeca Leigh Breckenridge, Valarie Nicole Breckenridge, Dylan James Griffin, Anneliese Faye Böhme, Olivia Florence Griffin and Mia Kate Griffin; and her great grandchild Brynleigh Rose Stokes.
