He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Watson and Virginia Watson; his siblings, Baby Watson, Charles Fay Watson and Joyce Hook (Archie); and his wife Ruth M. Watson.

He is survived by: his sister Dolores Ankers; his children, Tina Michelle Bing, Daryl Lee Watson, Jr. (Shelly) and Melinda Sue Norris (Shane); and his stepchildren, Lisa Buck and Gary Dunworth (Linda).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to First Baptist Church of Atoka.
