He was predeceased by: his son William "Bubba" Billings; his parents, Douglas Billings and Nora Phelps; and his stepparents, Raymond Phelps and Autumn Billings.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie Billings; his children, Shannon Billings (Ashley) and Erric Billings; his granddaughters, Alexis and Sadie Billings; and his brother David Billings.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Covington Funeral Home (3499 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
