With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Scott of Drummonds, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on April 16, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He is survived by: his wife Betty Bivens Scott; his sons, Derek Scott (Jessica) of Drummonds, Matthew Scott (Amanda) of Stem, NC and Mark Scott (Kristina) of Nesbit, MS; his siblings, Mike Scott of Sardis, Marty Scott (Janice) of Scotts Hill and Shirley Kelley of Decaturville; and his grandchildren, Tillian Scott, Dillon Scott and Bailey Scott. He is also survived by family, friends, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Mr. Jimmy's memory to the Faith Baptist Church of Tipton County - Family Life Center Building Fund, 900 Simmons Rd, Drummonds, TN 38023.
