He was predeceased by: his father Walter M. Stephens, Jr. of Florence, SC; his son David J. Kuck of South Carolina; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Barbara Tankersley of Drummonds; his brother-in-law Jerry Dwayne Tankersley; and his niece Heather Tankersley Frame.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Dorothy Stephens of Florence; his wife Donna Stephens; his daughter Chelsea Lehman (Anthony) of Trumann, AR; his grandson Joshua Kuck of Summerville, SC; and his sister-in-law Vickey Robertson (Joseph) of Munford. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
