He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Rhodes, Linda Naby and Tonya Berry (Melvin); his nieces and nephews, Amy Forsyth Wood (John), Ericka Graham (Stephen), Amanda Hart (Aaraon), Kayla Dearduff (Sean) and Adam Smith; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxon Smith, Canaan Graham, Eden Graham, Lilly Dearduff and Cali Dearduff.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Munford Funeral Home - Munford (1136 Tipton Rd, Munford, TN 38058). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Campground Cemetery (9160 Campground Rd, Drummonds, TN 38023).

In lieu of flowers the family asked that any memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
