She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Morgan and Martha Morgan; her brother Charles Morgan; and her stepdaughter Kathi Peterson (Rick). She is survived by: her husband Frank Foshee; her son Charles W. Foshee; her siblings, Jennifer Clinghan and Russell Morgan; and her stepdaughter Holli Miller (Steve). She is also survived by five step grand children and four step great-great grandchildren.
