She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Brown and Flora Bell Hankins; and her siblings, Bill Hankins, Dorothy Smith and Idell Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Ford; her daughters, Karen Johnson (Mark) and Beth Long (Scott); her grandchildren, Anthony Johnson (Amanda), Travis Johnson (Jayden), Emmy Goodin (Mike) and Jamison Long; her great grandchildren, Caroline and Keith Johnson; and her siblings, Clyde, Harold Hankins (Katie) and Bessie Brymer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Standefer-Reed Funeral Home (50 May Rd, Dunlap, TN 37327). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
