She was predeceased by : her parents, Creed Bates Heard and Lora Freiley Heard; her former life partner Carl Hobbs; her husband Clay Johnson; her son Dale Hobbs; and her siblings, Donnie Lee Jones, Evelyn Potter, Willma Johnson, Louise Sims and William Heard.
She is survived by : her daughter Carlene Henry (Sammy); her grandchildren, Janie Daniel (J. J.), Clint Hobbs and Sheri Whitmire (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Abigail Whitmire, Carly Hobbs, Ashley Hobbs, Jaydrian VanDyken (Michael) and Jerrick Daniel; and her great great grandchildren, Timber VanDyken and Tucker VanDyken. She is also survived by her family – -not only her immediate family, but also her nieces, nephews and her church family.
