He was predeceased by: his siblings, Beulah Sutherland, Bertie Narramore and Reese Skyles. He is survived by: his wife Donna Skyles; his children, Lisa Rokusek (Clair), Charles Rigsby, Kevin Rigsby and Eric Rigsby (Karen); and his sister Carlotta Dishman. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
