She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Forte and Mildred Mae Martin Forte; and her siblings, Thomas "Wesley" Forte, Florene Guess, Faye Forte, Ronald, Mike and Eugene "Gene" Forte.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Reese Clark; and her children, Virgil Clark (Nicola), Sherry Ann Davis, Mildred Lynne Irvin (Rusty) and Teri Victoria Gibson (Eddie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 grand children and 4 great - great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
