She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Childress; her daughter Lisa Lee; her parents, James Frazier and Mamie Frazier; and her siblings, Peggy Hamblen, Ann Sutherland, Carolyn Blaylock, Loyd Frazier and Poley Frazier.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Farley (Ronnie); and her grandsons, Chandler Farley (Faye Goff), Kenny Farley (Hannah), Tyler Shell and Taylor Shell. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and living neighbors.
