In loving memory of Evelyn Childress of Dunlap, Tennessee, who departed this world on October 21, 2025 at the age of 76. Evelyn leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Childress; her daughter Lisa Lee; her parents, James Frazier and Mamie Frazier; and her siblings, Peggy Hamblen, Ann Sutherland, Carolyn Blaylock, Loyd Frazier and Poley Frazier.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Farley (Ronnie); and her grandsons, Chandler Farley (Faye Goff), Kenny Farley (Hannah), Tyler Shell and Taylor Shell. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and living neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Standefer-Reed Funeral Home (50 May Rd, Dunlap, TN 37327). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
