She was predeceased by: her husband Charles M. Clifton; her son Steve Clifton; her parents, Edgar Waters and Una Mae Waters; and her brothers, Ed and Johnny Waters.
She is survived by: her son Glen Clifton (Charlene) of Whitwell; her grandchildren, Sydney Holland (Brent) of Dunlap, Shawna Stockwell of Dunlap, Christy Fuller of Chattanooga and Riley Neal of Kimball; her great grandchildren, Mason and Addisyn Stockwell; her daughter-in-law Robin Clifton of Dunlap; her siblings, Melba Johnson (Quay) of Dunlap, Winfred Waters (Brenda) of Pikeville and Ricky Waters (Kathy) of Lakeland, FL; and her friends, Michael, Gary Hamby and Andrea Hudson (Derick). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
