He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Glynna Wilson (Cyndy) of Soddy Daisy, Denise Lee (David) of Dunlap, Angela Johnson (Donnie) of Dunlap, Colleen Boyd of Dunlap and Scott Tate (Darlene) of Dunlap; his brother Roger Tate (Carolyn) of Dunlap; and his grandchildren, Barrett, Matthew, Curt, Ryan, Marilyn, Jessica of Heath, JL, Melissa and Tyler.
