He was predeceased by: his daughters, Teresa Gray Holland and Tammy Gray Rothwell; his parents, John Gray Sr. and Margaret McKaig Gray; his granddaughter Kayla Rothwell; and his sisters, Geraldine Gray Stephens, Margaret Dodson, Zelpha Gossett, Linda Eaker and Charlotte Gray.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gray; his daughter Tina Gray Campbell; his grandchildren, Tyler, Meagan Hitchcox, Brandon Gray Holland, Sebastian Rothwell and Davey McGinnis II; and his sister Betty Abbott.
