She is survived by: her children, Rickey Johnson (Whitney), Terry Johnson (Tiffany), James Cook (Amber) and Mandel Cook (Rachel); her brother Robert Brock; and her grandchildren, Kayleigh Cook, Matthew Johnson, Ashleigh Cook, Andy Johnson, Nathanael Cook, Ryan Johnson, Lillian Johnson, Jefferson Cook and Brock Cook. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
