The memory of Patricia Gale Smith Keener of Dunlap, Tennessee, who passed away on October 13, 2025 at the age of 57, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her father Haskell Leon Smith; her uncles, Daniel, Billy Bolen and Wendell Smith; and her aunt Wanda Copeland.
She is survived by: her husband James Keener; her mother Carolyn Sampson Smith; her children, Whitney Frizzell, Michael Keener and Brooke Tharp (Cort); her sister Teresa Smith; and her grandchildren, Jamie Kilgore and Caroline Tharp. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Ewton Funeral Home & Cremation Center (6936 TN-28, Dunlap, TN 37327). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family request memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
