He is survived by : his children, Abbygail Elizabeth Hayes, Justin (Elizabeth) of Dunlap, Zachery (Emily) of Dunlap and William Hayes of Dunlap; his stepchildren, James, Joshua, Jacob Lawrence, Jillian Crawley and Ethan Byrd; and his siblings, Susie Dorics of Palmetto, FL, George Russell Hayes and Ronald Rex Hayes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
