Wanda Fugate Boyd Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2025, at the age of 86, Wanda Fugate Boyd of Dunlap, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Fugate and Ida Reed Fugate; her husband John H. Boyd; her son John David Boyd; and her siblings, Louise White, Edward Fugate, Margie Parrott, Carlos Hale, Ted Fugate, Kenneth Fugate, Stanley Fugate and Roger Fugate.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Boyd (Kendra) and Lahetta Boyd Abts (Joe); her grandchildren, Lydia, Sarah Boyd, Jonathan Abts (Madison) and Marissa Abts; and her great grandchildren, Fisher and Finley Abts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ewton Funeral Home & Cremation Center (6936 TN-28, Dunlap, TN 37327). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at the Rankin Cemetery (1620 Old York Hwy E, Dunlap, TN 37327).
