He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Rickman Carroll; his sister Janet Reeves; his granddaughter Sharon Lenee Carroll; and his great grandchildren, Raelynn Nicole Melder, Karma McCaig, Jon Alston Lippard, Evinslee Lippard and Marti Elizabeth Lippard.
