She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Goad and Laverne Richards Goad; and her husband Timothy Dale "Tim" Collins. She is survived by: her daughter Tamra Collins; her brothers, Wayne Goad, Bobby Goad, Jimmy Goad, Randall Goad and Jerry Goad; her grandchildren, Kobe Roach and Chancy Collins Serena Roach (Olivia); her great grandchild Coi Lynn Collins; and her nieces and nephews, Brandon Goad, Jason Goad, Bridget Goad and Shelly Goad.
