He is survived by: his mother Ruth Bivens (Cathey Bivens); his son Andy Bivens (Amanda); his brother Tim Bivens (Laura); his stepdaughters, Holly Nash and Brandi Kimbrell; his grandson Sam Bivens; his stepgrandchildren, Zach, Grayson Nash, Tyler Northcutt, Zoey Henson, Felicia, Destiny and Taylor Kimbrell; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Avalee Young.
The family ask that memorial donations be directed to the Dyersburg Army-Air Base Assoc. or the Dyer County Community Cancer Fund.
