He was predeceased by: his sisters, Shirley Gibson, Doris Karlgaard and Linda Foster. He is survived by: his wife Janie Lay Parmenter; his daughter Kym Sanders (Carey) of Greenfield; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Sanders of Greenfield; and his sisters, Patsye Jones (Shelton) of Dyersburg and Dianna Flatt of Newbern. He is also survived by his co-workers, friends.
