He is survived by: his children, Billy Patton, Jr. (Linda) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Cory Patton of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Dee Dillahay (Dewayne) of Dyersburg, Ori Draper (Sean) of Friendship, Tennessee and Peepaw; his grandchildren, April Brisentine, Hillary Simpson (Chris), Alyson Whitworth (Trevor), Morgan Wall (Ryan), Braydan Brown, Rylan Brown and Lynnlee Draper; and his great grandchildren, Payton Brisentine, Kayden Brisentine, Easton Brisentine, Bryson Simpson, Slayton Wall, Emersyn Wall, Elliott Wall, Harper Whitworth and Ilya Whitworth.

In lieu of flowers the Patton family request donation be made to St. Jude Children Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-9959).
