As we bid Bishop farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Bishop is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Nichols and Joyce Jackson Lumley; his former wife Cathy Nichols; and his brothers, Tommy White and David Nichols.
He is survived by: his sons, William Brian Nichols (Tonya) of Dyersburg and Christopher Paul Nichols of Springfield; and his siblings, Tim Nichols (Alisha) of Dyersburg, Jamie White of Finley, Tennessee, Juanita Wetzel (Jim) of Dyersburg and Sherry Trasolini of Newbern, Tennessee. He is also survived by one granddaughter, three step-grandchildren, three great grandchildren and four step-great-granddaughters.
