He is survived by: his wife Ruby Faye Johnson of Dyersburg, TN; his children, Darrin Johnson (Tracy) of Dyersburg, TN and Dianne Laymen of Evanston, WY; his sister Jessie Scott (Lloyd) of Finley, TN; and his grandchildren, Justin Johnson (Melissa), Brent Johnson, Kelsie Johnson, Michelle Borum, Jeremy Masters (Emiley), Jessica Clark (Justin), Pat Jernigan and Aaron Brezinski (Cassie). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
